This project was originally a large office space with an operational science lab that was vacant. The owner wanted to convert the space to a warehouse that connected to the existing warehouse next door. This involved removing 4 offices, all of the interior walls, the complete science lab, all of the flooring and adhesive, and saw cutting 2 openings in the connecting block wall for access from next door. We left the space clean and ready to be used as a warehouse.
